Synopsis

Manga artist Hidekichi Matsumoto recalls his fun-filled daily life, raising both a sweet and innocent dog and a devilish but cute cat. With these two furry friends by his side, there's sure to be plenty of laughter and tears!

Background

Based on an original essay manga by Hidekichi Matsumoto, the anime adaptation of With a Dog AND a Cat, Every Day Is Fun was first announced on Twitter in December 2019. It is directed and written by Seiji Kishi, the characters are designed by Kazuaki Morita, the music is by TAKAROT, and the animation production is handled by Team Till Dawn. It premiered in Japan on October 2 as part of the Super Animeism programming block on MBS, TBS, BS-TBS, and other channels. It is also available for streaming on Crunchyroll. The series is expected to run for 24 episodes.
