Whis is undeniably the fastest anime character of all time. Its speed is extremely intense and naturally difficult to calculate. Even so, if we are to estimate its speed, it would be approximately 3,041,280,000,000 miles per second. He can travel across different galaxies in no time.
No other character, both in the series and in this list, comes close, making Whis the most compelling, fast-paced anime character of all time.
Whis is first introduced in Dragon Ball Super with his assigned deity, Beerus. He is Beerus' guardian angel as well as his martial arts master.
