Haruchiyo Sanzu was an unsuspecting character at first, but his true role is revealed later in the series. He becomes the second-in-command of Kanto Manji Gang and Bonten in the alternate timeline. Sanzu is also the brother of Senju and Akashi.

Chifuyu is the vice-chief of the Baji division in Toman. He is one of the few people who knows about the time-jumping ability.
Since his middle school years, Chifuyu was the strongest in his school, and even his seniors were afraid of him. He became the main delinquent in his school and remained undefeated.

Muto, aka Mucho, is currently the founding and executive member of Tenjiku. Initially, he was captain of the 5th Toman Division.

Ryohei Hayashi is more commonly known by his nickname, Peh-yan. He was vice-captain of the 3rd Toman Division under Pah-chin. Peh-yan was a good friend and very loyal to his captain, which led him to betray Toman, although he later regretted his decision.

Another more popular person under his nickname is Pah-chin. His real name is Haruki Hayashida. He is one of the founding members of Toman and was captain of the 3rd Division before his arrest.
Pah-chin uses his large build as strength in fights. He is a very strong brawler who is a formidable opponent and can wreak havoc. Although he was missing for most of the series, he shows his true potential in the final fight and is one of the most powerful characters in Tokyo Revengers.

Ran and Rindo Haitani were members of Bonten. Both are extremely brutal and rule Roppongi alone. They have been part of many gangs, each more powerful than the last.
Ran always fights using unfair tactics, whether it's anything that will guarantee her victory. And on the other hand, Rindo fights against his opponent by locking his joints and breaking them. Both siblings are extremely dangerous fighters who enjoy violence. They are both one of the most powerful delinquents in the entire series.

Mochizuki aka Mochi is a commander of the Kanto Manji Gang. Mochi possesses insane physical strength, which is why he is called a "gorilla". His sheer brute strength in a fight is enough to throw his opponents a great distance.
He later became one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Tenjiku. This title alone is enough to prove his prowess and make him one of the strongest characters in Tokyo Revengers.

Hanma is a member of Kanto Manji and one of the few people capable of countering Mikey's powerful kicks. He possesses incredible stamina and combat abilities that allow him to single-handedly defeat many delinquents.
He gave everyone a hard time simply because he was too powerful to be defeated, even by Draken. Especially since, like Kisaki, he is also one of the characters who possesses a frightening combat IQ.
It was only because of one of his miscalculations that he was defeated. Hanma is one of the most powerful characters in Tokyo Revengers and difficult for Takemichi to deal with through his time jumps.

While Souya is generally a great fighter, his fighting skills pale in comparison to Smiley. But when he is deeply angry or pained and begins to cry, the true potential of his powers is revealed. Under these conditions, Angry can face several powerful opponents alone.

Being one of the Three Deities, Senju has an acrobatic and agile fighting style similar to Mikey's and as a result, he is difficult to fight. She remains one of the best fighters in the Tokyo Revengers series.

Ryuguji, aka Draken, is one of the founding members of Toman as well as its vice-president. He is naturally taller than the other characters and one of the most handsome characters in the series.
He possesses an exceptional level of skill and strength. Draken could take down an entire gang single-handedly and still be in pretty good shape. He is a formidable and incredible fighter who has defeated some of the most powerful characters, such as South Terano.
He specializes in powerful kicks and punches that can knock out opponents two or three times his size.

Minami Terano, aka South Terano, is one of the three deities and the representative of Rokuhara Tandai. When he was just 12 years old, he was a gang leader in his hometown, Rio De Janeiro.
He is an invincible fighter with frightening physical strength. He throws destructive punches and hooks. A single punch from him is enough to bring down some of Tokyo Revengers' powerful characters, such as Senju, Wakasa, Benkei, Kakucho, Inui, and the entire S-62 generation.

Izana is one of Mikey's brothers. He didn't start a gang until he was 13, S-62 Generation. He is currently the leader of Tenjiku and exercises strict authority over all of its members. Aside from Tenjiku, his strength is comparable to Mikey's. This is enough to prove his prowess. Additionally, he possesses fearsome combat senses that allow him to accurately read his opponents' movements. Therefore, he easily counters all attacks against him.

His incredible kicks defeated every opponent in front of him. He specializes in martial arts and is therefore called "Invincible Mikey". Although he is on the shorter side of height, this makes no difference to his exceptional combat skills and raw physical strength.
