History

All his life, Minoru Kagenou wanted to be the strongest hero with enough skills to fight all kinds of crises, from petty theft to nuclear attack. To achieve his goal, he acts like a normal guy during the day while secretly training and beating bad guys with a crowbar at night.

1) Cid Kagenu

The protagonist of The Eminence In Shadow is Cid Kagenou. In his past life, Cid was a teenager named Minoru Kagenou. In his reincarnation life, Cid has chunibyou or delusions and imagines the evil Cult of Diablos to live out his fantasies, without knowing that his delusions are actually true in reality.
