We will start the list of best female characters with its protagonist, . Asa is a teenager attending Fourth East High School where she meets. Having lost her mother in her childhood, she lives in an orphanage.
Asa's life is turned upside down when she nearly dies at the hands of her class president. In her final moments, she made a deal for her life in exchange for her body and was reborn as War Fiend. She also dates Denji, wanting to start a romantic relationship with him.

Another important character in Chainsaw Man Part 2 is Yoru, the War Devil. She is the embodiment of the fear of war and one of the four horsemen. Yoru is also the sister of her fellow horsemen, the Control Devil and the Famine Devil.
His symbiosis with Asa begins when the latter is about to die and promises to give her body to the War Devil in exchange for her life. Since then, Yoru has inhabited Asa's body and has kept half of his brain intact.

After the death of in the first part, the Control Devil is reborn in the form of a little girl named Nayuta. gives her to Denji who raises her like his little sister so that she does not follow the same path as Makima. In Chainsaw Man Part 2, Nayuta lives with his adoptive brother Denji and goes to school like a normal child.
Nayuta is very intelligent and rather spoiled, always demanding attention and treats from Denji. She also genuinely cares about him and is even protective to the extent that she disapproves of his relationship with Asa.

The antagonist of the Falling Devil Arc is also one of the best female characters in Chainsaw Man Part 2. The Falling Devil represents the fear of falling, both physically and emotionally, that is, into depression.

Chainsaw Man excels in the character department, introducing readers to many twisted characters, both male and female. Yuko from Part 2 is another one. She is a student at Fourth East High School and is part of the Devil Hunter Club with Asa and .
She initially acts as a kind friend towards Asa, but it is later revealed that she has made a contract with the Justice Devil and is killing people she believes to be evil.
Yuko, beneath her friendly and fair personality, is a disturbed girl with a twisted sense of justice. She lacks remorse and believes that her every action is justified as long as her heart is in the "right place".

The person who is indirectly responsible for the contract between Asa and Yoru is the president of Asa's class at Fourth East High School. She initially appears as a supportive person who wants Asa to feel included, but her true personality is later revealed when she attempts to kill Asa.
In reality, the class president is narcissistic and prone to jealousy. She has an illicit relationship with their teacher, Mr. Tanaka, and makes a contract with the Justice Devil out of jealousy when she believes Asa is also sleeping with the teacher.

The sad reality of Asa's life is that almost everyone she comes into contact with turns out to be horrible human beings. A shocking addition to this is that of her caretaker at the orphanage where she came to live after her mother's death.
The guardian was apparently very kind and caring, and tried to bond with Asa through their similar experience of losing a parent to the Typhoon Devil.
However, beneath her caring mask was a sociopath who hated Asa for the little happiness she got from her cat Crambon, and would not hesitate twice before drowning an innocent animal. She then revealed her true face to Asa, crushing the little girl even more than she was.

The only person who had truly loved Asa was his mother. She cherished her daughter and comforted her when she felt down. When the Typhoon Devil attacked and destroyed their home, Asa was about to fall while trying to save a cat. However, her mother pushed her aside to save her and sacrifice herself instead.
Her mother's death affected Asa greatly and she cherishes her uniform as a memory of her mother.
