Suguru Geto vs. Toji Fushiguro
In the hidden inventory arc that tells about Geto's time and when they were students at Tokyo Jujutsu High. They clashed against Toji Fushiguro during their mission to bring , whom Toji was to assassinate, to Tengen. After Toji seemingly killed Gojo, he and Geto fought fiercely.
Geto was a very powerful jujutsu wizard, even when he was just a student. His cursed technique, , gave him the ability to absorb cursed spirits and incorporate them into his arsenal for use later.
Toji, on the other hand, is a unique individual in the world of jujutsu who does not have any cursed energy. Instead, he has physical power that makes his physical abilities far exceed those of a normal human, and even a jujutsu wizard.

End the fight
After learning that Toji had killed Gojo, Geto initiated the first strike by summoning two powerful ones: the Rainbow Dragon and the Kuchisake-Onna.
Even when Toji was explaining his powers to Geto, he was easily able to cut the Rainbow Dragon, which was the most powerful skin curse in Geto's arsenal.
Then, Toji was caught in the innate domain of Kuchisake-Onna, who asked her if she was pretty.
When he replied that she wasn't his type, his cursed technique of many huge scissors attacked him. But then again, Toji could easily counter those with astonishing speed with the Inverted Sky Spear.
Geto tried to take advantage of Toji's focus on the Kuchisake-Onna, an imaginary vengeful spirit, and came from behind to capture Toji's cursed spirit that was storing his weapons.
However, he was unable to do so because Toji had already established a strong master-servant relationship with the curse, and so he remained loyal to Toji in the face of Geto's cursed spirit manipulation.
Result
After Geto failed to steal Toji's cursed spirit, the assassin didn't hesitate to fight back. He struck twice to create a crisscross on Geto's chest, causing him to collapse to the ground.
Toji could have easily killed him, but chose not to because he wasn't sure what would happen to all the cursed spirits Geto had under his control once he died.
Not wanting to face a crowd of cursed spirits, Toji spared Geto's life.
Was Suguru Geto stronger than Toji Fushiguro?
As we clearly see in the story, Toji Fushiguro was much stronger than Suguru Geto. Fighting him was no difficulty for the assassin and, as is evident, he didn't even take Geto seriously. He fought massively against Geto who didn't stand a chance, considering he was just a student during the fight.
It's harder to tell if an adult Geto was stronger than Toji since he became more powerful over the years. But even then, Toji would have been the strongest, even if it was a bit in comparison.
