Rin vs. Isagi was a battle that had been teased since the Second Selection arc. We also got several variations of their fight, where we saw Rin absolutely devour and pull off many near-impossible plays perfectly.
But who is the best player for his position when considering both? There should only be one winner in Blue Lock, and it will be either Rin Itoshi or Yoichi Isagi.

Rin Itoshi was the prodigal brother of , the latter being considered a next-generation World 11 player. Rin wanted to refine his soccer, become stronger and become the ideal shot his brother wanted.
He can play on par with Sae, although a little less. had also mentioned that Rin Itoshi was Blue Lock's best player after the third selection. Rin had averaged 2.5 goals per game to win this title.

also called the Star or Heart of the Blue Lock, is the main protagonist of the Blue Lock series. Although he had a very mediocre playing style at first, he improved his football game to become one of the best players in Blue Lock.
It has had very exponential growth and can adapt to all types of situations. These attributes are exactly what makes him an attacker that Jinpachi Ego has been waiting for. Isagi also showed many tremendous performances in the Neo-Selfish League, which put him in the top 5 players list in Blue Lock.
Currently, he plays as an attacking midfielder for German Basterd Munchen and is one of the strongest players in the team, just below Michael Kaiser.

- His archetype means space investigator and he excels at taking up space on the football field.
- Whether on the attack side or even on the defense side; he locates and blocks the most dangerous positions on the field.
- Isagi has one of the best spatial understandings, allowing him to play almost any role with ease.

We already know who will be the winner of the Rin vs. Isagi battle. Without a doubt, he performed more superior games and had excellent scores in all attributes compared to Isagi.
Rin can do everything Isagi can do, but better. This is enough to say who will be the winner of their rematch. And now that Rin has freed himself from his chains and his vengeance against his brother, he will become an even better player.

Regarding shooting ability, Rin has one of the best attributes in Blue Lock. He would easily get the victory over Isagi. Isagi only has two different types of shots, and one of them has very low accuracy.
Meanwhile, Rin has several different types of plans, which we see throughout the series. With his shooting ability, he could also achieve almost impossible goals and efforts.
3) Based on dribbling skills
Coming to another Rin victory, Isagi needs to improve his dribbling skills. He can only hold the ball for a short time before his opponent steals the ball.
Meanwhile, Rin had almost dribbled past all the U-20 defenders using his Flow state. Rin would have better control of this ability now that he had more practice.
